The latest shocking news is focused on the 2nd dimension—where safety lives. It’s also where war, violence, and sexual abuse reside, hidden within.
And until we clear this dimension—both personally and collectively—transformation will remain just beyond our reach, no matter how hard we try.
The War You’re Carrying
The war goes deeper than you think.
It’s not just “out there” in the news, in foreign countries, in political conflicts; you feel helpless to change. The war is in your body. In your cells. In the firing patterns of your neurons. In the way your nervous system learned to survive in a world that was never designed for your safety.
The fear-based war machine operates on a seven-year-old mentality and neurology. There is always an enemy to hate, kill, and annihilate—because war creates obscene amounts of money for the few who profit from human suffering.
If they don’t like the way you think, or the color of your skin, or your nationality, they’ll bomb you to smithereens. If they don’t like you, the solution is to kill you. This is the mentality running our world.
And it’s also the mentality embedded in your 2nd dimension, keeping you trapped in survival mode, keeping you small, keeping you from accessing the safety you need to finally transform.
The Pyramid of Power
Our imposed reality is structured as a pyramid—a patriarchal hierarchy with a few white men at the top and everyone else crushed beneath the weight of their greed and control.
The man with the most money wins. All is fair in love and war, which means any means necessary to steal female energy is not just acceptable—it’s becoming enshrined in law.
In the past, men would battle it out face-to-face. Now, politicians create wars and send others to fight them. All war is about grabbing land, power, and money. The spoils of war include raping women, killing women and children, and stealing everything possible.
And this same energy—this predatory, extractive, dominating energy—is running in your nervous system, whether you’re aware of it or not.
The Exhaustion You Can’t Explain
The internal fear becomes so intense that people lose their jobs without understanding why. They develop migraines, headaches, and ulcers. They watch their money disappear. They burn out completely and can’t figure out what’s wrong with them.
We live in a system designed to make us feel like crap.
The fear of survival is so terrifying that people turn to drugs, sex, alcohol, and Big Pharma to escape the relentless pressure of existing in a reality based on fear, control, and domination.
This isn’t your fault. This isn’t because you’re broken or weak or doing something wrong.
This is the 2nd dimension operating at its lowest frequency.
And your body knows it. Your nervous system feels it. Your cells carry the memory of every moment you weren’t safe, every time you had to hide, every instance you made yourself smaller to avoid being targeted.
The Constant Vigilance
Women are always aware of their safety. It runs in the background at all times.
Is it safe to walk down the street?
Is it safe to express your truth?
Is it safe to take control of your own body?
Is it safe to exist as you are?
Is it safe to have financial power?
Is it safe to be brilliant, visible, and successful?
Our current culture disregards the safety of women entirely. The only things that matter in the dominant paradigm are domination, control, and manipulation. This is glaringly apparent in the global political war on women’s reproductive rights, women’s bodily autonomy, and women’s very existence as sovereign beings.
And this war isn’t just political. It’s personal. It’s in your body.
What I See in Your Nervous System
The deeper I go into my own nervous system, the deeper layers I find of patriarchy, hierarchy, victim consciousness, and reptilian consciousness. All these layers generate low frequencies of killing, violence, and rape.
This programming is in every muscle of your body. It’s embedded in the tissues of your cells and the marrow of your bones. It’s a rigged game designed to keep a few men rich and powerful while keeping everyone else—especially women—suppressed, exhausted, and afraid.
I’ve been tracking this for decades, seeing the depth of self-hatred, self-annihilation, and self-denial that the 2nd dimension carries. The way we’ve internalized the war. The way we’ve turned the violence inward because turning it outward wasn’t safe.
And I’ve discovered something crucial: there are external and internal steps to creating safety, and when we take charge of the inside, the exterior world has to change.
That’s how alchemy works. That’s how magic works. That’s how transformation works.
Creating Safety: External Steps
First, you have to look at what you’re holding onto externally because you feel obligated. The relationships that are draining you. The commitments that no longer serve your highest good. The clutter—physical, emotional, energetic—that’s keeping you weighed down. Your home reflects your inner state.
All of it is holding you in place, keeping you small, preventing your dreams from manifesting.
Get rid of it. Not because you’re being selfish, but because you’re being sovereign.
The Alchemist in you knows that you can’t transmute lead into gold if you’re drowning in lead. You can’t transform what you’re buried beneath. You have to create space—external space—for the new reality to emerge.
Creating Safety: Internal Practices
But external changes alone won’t create the deep safety your nervous system needs. Your body requires specific somatic signals that it’s safe.
When you get scared, put your back up against a wall. Let your spine feel solid support behind it. Your nervous system needs to register: nothing can attack me from behind. I am protected. I am held.
If you’re home, lie on the couch or in bed with pillows along your spine. Your spine is the channel through which all your energy flows. When your spine feels safe, your entire system can begin to relax.
When you’re doing deep inner child work—when you’re touching the places that hold your most profound terror—your body needs maximum safety. Curl up in bed with a blanket over you and pillows supporting your spine. Allow yourself to be tiny, even fetal. Send yourself love. Thank the terror, thank your body, send gratitude to everything. It doesn’t make logical sense, but it works!
This is how you reparent yourself. This is how you change your childhood neural patterns.
You’re not being weak. You’re being wise. You’re giving your nervous system the safety it needs to finally let go of the programming it’s been using to keep you alive.
Turning Fear Into Excitement
Here’s the magic that happens when you create real safety: fear transforms into excitement.
With just a tweak—a shift in frequency—the physiological sensations that were fear become anticipation, creative energy, life force.
Your heart racing? The terror morphs into excitement.
Your heightened awareness? That’s not hypervigilance. That’s presence.
Your energy surging? Anxiety transforms into power.
You raise the vibration of fear by bringing in the high frequencies of love and gratitude. The fear morphs into excitement, enthusiasm, and the vision to create an entirely new reality.
But this can only happen when your body feels safe first.
First, safety. Then, the fear can leave. Then, the transformation can occur.
Your Behind-the-Scenes Powers
You’re heading toward your inner mastery—the magic that only you possess. The hidden behind-the-scenes powers you’ve been using to survive all these years.
But here’s what you may not have realized: those survival powers were never meant to be just for survival.
They were meant to be the foundation of your sovereignty, your brilliance, your creative magic in the world.
You’ve been using them to stay small, to stay invisible, to avoid punishment. You’ve been using them to navigate a grenade field, to make it through another day without being targeted.
But now, you’re safe enough to use them differently.
Now, you can stop hiding in survival mode. You can stop waiting for the next punishment. You can stop cowering in the corner, terrified of one misstep that will bring the whole system crashing down on you.
You can step into your power without fear of annihilation.
You can liberate yourself from fear and pain. You can get to know yourself—really know yourself—maybe for the first time.
This is self-empowerment. This is what the 2nd dimension becomes when it’s cleared of war and activated at its highest frequency: safety to be exactly who you are.
The Higher Frequency of the 2nd Dimension
In the higher frequencies of the 2nd dimension, there is inner and outer safety to be exactly who you are.
Your body, mind, and soul are safe to exist on Earth. Safe to take up space. Safe to have power. Safe to be seen. Safe to claim your brilliance without fear of being targeted, attacked, or destroyed.
There are safe, comforting spaces where you’re held in comfort and loved for who you are—not who you’re supposed to be, not who makes others comfortable, not who fits the acceptable mold.
All of you. From the wounded inner child to the fierce, powerful woman you’ve been afraid to become. From the parts you’re ashamed of to the parts that are too big, too bright, too much.
All of who you are, welcome. All of who you are, safe.
This is the 2nd dimension at its highest frequency. This is what we’re creating together.
